TWO OF MY FAVORITE
THINGS
We all have favorite things
Like the music from a harp’s strings
The first for me is the fruit of a tree
The apple is beloved my me.
And thus, my stomach is satisfied
For this is the truth, I have not lied.
Now, let me move on to my heart
For I’ve got a beloved among men
And has been with me from the start
I will say it again and again.
For my guy is the Lord,
And being with him, always strike a heavenly chord.
