If you have the funds you can take out an ad for your book in a newspaper. Naturally big city newspapers will cost more than ones in a smaller local. You should remember ads which are placed on the internet usually get a better response since no one really wants to be bothered having to go on the internet and type in your book’s link[s]; all they need to is to click on the link in the on-line ad.
